November 10, 2025: Google refuses to publish the new game version
I finally finished the new version of TrappeTogether v1.19. Now you can search the body of a killed zombie and find gold coins, or maybe even a chocolate bar.
I uploaded the new version to Google Play and waited for approval, which usually takes no more than a day. But instead of approval I got a message about a critical issue in my app. Google noticed that I send data to my server and demanded that I add a page where users can request the deletion of their personal data.

I really do collect some data — the player’s position in the game and their actions. I dream that in the future I will load positions of other players from the server, and this will be the first step toward an online game.
So… now I have a good reason to get some frontend experience.
Time to do it — I would have needed to do this sooner or later anyway.
